Cancellation Policy Summary

Clients may cancel services with River Flow Automations LLC at any time by submitting a written cancellation request through this page or by emailing support@riverflowautomations.com.  Verbal or informal requests are not considered official.

• One-time services (such as AI agent builds, custom automations, or integrations) are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Monthly subscription services can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing only; the current billing period remains active until its end.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• After cancellation, system access, agents, phone numbers, and automations may be paused or removed, and data retention is not guaranteed.
• Cancellations caused by non-payment or chargebacks result in immediate service suspension.
• Reactivating services after cancellation may require new agreements and setup fees.
